By choosing our cottage, you are helping the local branch continue with assisting and supporting the community.

*You have the entire house to yourselves, but we are nearby if you need any assistance. Only a phone call or text message away for you.

*ALL guests must be accompanied by a person over 21 years of age & photo ID must be supplied when booking & available upon request.

*Sorry no wifi - so you can really switch off and relax

*A refundable security deposit may be required for this property $500 to be paid 7 days prior to arrival.

*Our cottage is run by a dedicated group of volunteer ladies from the Queensland Country Women's Association and we rely heavily on community support and donations .
The QCWA is a not for profit, charitable organisation.Guest accessThere is a ramp to the front entry, stairs leading to rear garden / back yard. There is no gate to the stairs from the balcony at the rear, it is an open deck to the stairs
May not be suitable for those with limited mobility. The amazing views are because it is on a hill, but there are 2 ways to walk into town.
There is a carport for your vehicle, but the driveway is quite steep for some low vehicles.Other things to note*The Guest/s agrees to follow the house rules for themselves & any visitors they allow at the property.

*Inside your cottage, you will find a guest welcome form that you will need to complete & sign and supply a copy to our office upon arrival. (Insurance & council requirement & compliance).

*All guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a person over 21 years of age and photo ID available upon request.

*No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight.

*Maximum of 6 guests allowed on this property.

*Failure to comply with "House Rules" may result in eviction without notice or refund of any unused nights of stay.

*The guest/s agree that the property will NOT be used as a party house.

*No events to be held at the property.

**Nuisance & Noise: The Guest/s agree to not permit or cause a nuisance at the property. This includes but is not limited to excessive noise & disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease at 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday & Saturday, but at all times consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties.

* There is asbestos in the building, but this is contained for your safety in accordance with all government legislation and requirements
